I found wd bathrooms about 5years ago and gave them a go, i found the staff very friendly and helpful, the quality of goods excellent and exceptional value for money. I never buy my shower enclosures off anyone else and will continue to do so if the quality of goods stay the same. However I do believe there delivery people should be changed so to accommodate customers needs. As a self-employed plumber the last thing I need is to have to wait in all day for a delivery. Surely A morning or afternoon designated delivery slot would be better.

I would definately recommend WD, customer service, product quality, delivery and everything was spot on.

My shower door is great, fast delivery and communications first class. I would certainly purchase from them again.

I ordered a shower tray and a new sink from WD and it was a bit of a disaster as, even though it had loads of packaging the courier managed to break the tray. I rang them and got straight through to a lovely Geordie chap, who sent me out a new tray next-day. Mistakes happen but it's how a company deals with them that is a mark of the company. Good stuff WD!!

Poor communications, did not meet delivery commitment, do not respond quickly to emails

I ordered a jet whirlpool bath along with panels. It advertises a delivery of 3-5 days for the bath so I was expecting it within this period of time however I recieved a notice that it would come between 3-4 weeks. As my builders had been booked in it threw the timetabling into chaos however I decided to wait for the bath even though it advertised 3-5 days delivery.

On the day of the delivery only 2 panels arrived. I took a day off to reccieve my bath however it didn't turn up. I also had the buliders booked in the day after so I had to pay cancellation charge - no compensation from WD Bathrooms.

When I saw the quality of the panels it was extremely flimsly - not a product I would associate from a “leading”company. I decided to return it however after numerous phone calls and conversations the deal was that I was allowed to return the panel but at my own cost. Now this is a 500mm x 1500mm panel so this makes it very difficult. The company would not allow their courier to pick the panels up even though they had to travel here to deliver the bath. The irony is that they would have had to send a courier to deliver the bath however NOT pick up the panels that I wanted to return.

There is absolutely no aftersales care, all they want is your money. I would definitely not recommend this company or use them again. If there was an option of zero stars; I would have chosen zero stars!

We searched the web looking for this item and not only were they the most competitive but delivered as promised when stated.

Our air pool bath was delivered in the time schedule and was placed where i required it. My emails were answered on technical questions.
I can not comment any further as i move in the house at end of may. I am looking forward to relaxing with the airpool plus light system thats installed and to experience the difference as I have a whirpool at the moment.
I have been to the house and the bath is now installed.

I purchased a shower tray and plinth and a shower cubical .unfortunately the plumber did not think the shower plinth was not upto the job in his opinion .as he is the plumber I could not argue .knowing I purchased the plinth with the tray I told him to get atray and plinth he normally used because I could not get back to Sheffield in time for the change.the project had to be compleat in to days as my mother in law was being sent home from hospital she could no longer use the bath as she has terminal cancer hens the rush to get it changed.so from the the lady on the phone when ordering was very helpful ,after I sent email requesting the return of the shower tray and plinth I herd nothing.so yet again once supplied you are forgotten .

VERY FAST DELIVERY, SECURE PACKAGING

I bought a flexible shower upstand. Which arrived promptly no problems at all.
If it sticks to the shower tray like it did to the backing tape you have to remove before fitting., it shouldn't leak for a hundred years!

I placed my order for a shower tray and glass screen. I telephoned WD to check on size of shower screen and arranged delivery on a specific date. I received a text message the day before delivery to let me know the time slot. Delivery was as arranged and there were no problems.

Ordered the product on a Friday for delivery the following Thursday. Arrived same day. The delivery drivers brought the whole shower cubicle up 3 flights of stairs and asked which room we needed it putting, they were professional and courteous. The product was a mid range shower cubicle, which once assembled into place looks absolutely amazing.

I ordered the shower tray for a friend, for delivery to a family member's address (being a week day delivery) and before I could remember to mention it to them, they had already received a call from the company and it was being delivered earlier than expected - so excellant service
