I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product considering the low price I paid. I found the staff polite and well informed. I did have a minor problem when the bath etc was installed ,however Mark was extremely efficient and remedied the situation very quickly. I am keen to support any local company.

Now I'm not going to try and convince you that buying a new bidet and towel rail is the most enthralling task on the planet, but the guys at WD made my life so much easier! And hence my ears no longer bleed from hours of assault from her in doors. The selection was great, and it's so much easier sitting at home with one eye on the TV and the other eye on the lap top as you pick your dream bathroom* (* read: your wife's dream bathroom). No more endless aisles of identical taps, fancy faucets or boring bidets. WD made life easy! Great choice, easy navigation, and quick delivery plus the guys on the other end of the phone were so helpful.

i like to buy local and when i went to these guys they helped me with picking the most suitable products for my bathroom and delivered them quickly. i have recommended to other friends who have been very happy with the service they received.

I found these guys online after weeks of pulling my hair out over the bathroom.. after one phone call and a visit to the showroom my bathroom was sorted and promptly delivered, great helpful service i would recomend and i would use again... only downside to my new bathroom is i cant keep my wife out of there now..

This is the third time I've bought bathroom equipment from WD bathrooms and each time I've been impressed with the quality of the items that arrive. The price is extremely competitive and all correspondence I've had with the company has been dealt with efficiently.

We decided that as WD was a local company with good prices, we would support them. Because we were upgrading an older property we required equipment for three bathrooms. We visited their showroom and were assisted by Shelley who was very helpful. We were told that products that were not in stock would be delivered in 7/10 days. This fitted in, just, with our plumbers requirements but unfortunately the timescales were not met and we received our final items 5 weeks after order and payment. An item, the exposed trap for a standalone bath, was not even provided with the rest of the bath fittings and we were told it was an extra item which we had not been notified about. As a gesture of goodwill we were charged only £20 rather than a quoted £56 for this item.
Shelley, to give her a kudos, kept us updated with delivery, but unfortunately that does not help when most things were late and a plumber having to drift to and from other projects. We would not use or recommend them again.

Very good service, prompt, excellent telephone management, they did exactly what I needed, I will definitely use them again.

Product purchased was the shower tray upstand. It looked and felt very robust when I first opened the package. When I came to use it however, the adhesive came of the product and stuck to the backing tape.
Contacted WD Bathrooms who gave me two pieces of advice. 1) Cool the product down in the fridge. 2) Let it warm up to room temparature.
I ignored both and applied an extra silicon seal just to make sure that there was a seal in place.
Delivery was very good, arrived before expected time. Product however, left a lot to be desired.

Very happy with my purchase. Excellent value for money, no need to pay for an expensive door when you can get this one which is such good quality. Has a great look and feel. Plumber said it was easy to install.

We found the shower tray we wanted at the right price and ordered. It came without delay.
