Absolutely spot on service, reported a cooling system fault within 48 hours sorted with new parts and labour covered had to pay a small amount towards the costs but it was worth it. Did the right thing taking out the extra warranty 100% worth it.

I bought a warranty from this company through Big Motoring World's pressure tactics and so far have nothing good to say. I am currently attempting to put in a claim but have had one email answered so far. One. Since 1st July 2026, that's 24 days of being ignored. I have tried ringing but just spent over an hour on hold. There's only so much of three pieces of music I can listen to. I paid over £2000 for the warranty which is, so far, proving to be a complete waste of money. Next stop Financial Ombudsman Service...just got to wait the 8 weeks out.

Once I managed to obtain the correct Customer Services representative the process went very smoothly. The Garage needed to replace extra parts and contacted Warranties 2000 without my knowledge and Warranties 2000 reassessed my claim and increased their offer

Horrendous experience that is still ongoing from March 1st. Turns out my head gasket has gone, had an absolute nightmare since trying to get the warranty company to pay for it. They wanted to know the cause of the issue, and I have had to relent and pay £700 for further investigation on top of various diagnostics that I have paid for. Comes back as likely to be caused by a leak in the radiator. Found this out today and the warranty company are refusing to pay the £2500 that I have been quoted for the head gasket to be repaired. So in total this experience will cost me upwards ot £3500. I am currently having my case investigated by the Ombudsman. I won’t go down without a fight

Would put zero of if I could ! Paid £1599 platinum cover via big motoring world Camberley ! Do not take this warranty out . Had aircon not working from day after purchase and had to take 3 days off work in total as part was supposedly changed . Don’t use very often but in April Checked as hot weather .no air con phoned big motoring world who were not interested and said contact warranties 2000 . Advised get vat reg garage to put in quote we will pay ! Got garage to put in quote which is a nightmare as take an hour to answer every call. Aircon rad had to be changed that was rotted so misdiagnosed by garage at big motoring world Camberley . After 3 months virtually of messing around they finally have go ahead . On a quote of rough£390 paid £177!!! Part was @£130 with vat didn’t cover the air con gas as not in quote apparently this is verbal quote so no proof it wasn’t said that’s £50 so already about what they were willing to pay ! So no labour covered ! Also tried to tell me as ford said it takes 1.5hrs to change air con fault they didn’t take into consideration the bumper has to come off also that’s not covered in labour costs !!!!! Disgusting customer service please never take this out and big motoring world should be ashamed of pushing this product onto people ! So to recap over an hour wait to answer phone 2/3 months to come back and say yes to repair and then talk over you on the phone ! So because the garage never mentioned on phone air con gas needed they haven’t included that !! How do you repair air con with having to regas???

i have e mailed this company many times , today i rang just got pre recorded message and music i have had no reply from them and i am wondering if my warranty is worth the paper its written on .

Please do not take out a warranty with this company. When you see them as a suggestion, run!!! I had my care take to garage last Monday and after conversations between Beth and the garage I was told all is sorted and all that is needed is authorisation. After that I never heard from Beth again and was told that she is off sick. Then on Friday I was told that I would get a call back, it never happened. On monday, after 84mins of waiting Beth picked up placed me on hold then came back and said that unfortunately my warranty does not cover my repairs when initially I was told it would cover up to a £1000 and I would pay the rest. After my call, I suddenly received an email stating the information relayed that was conveyed earlier. Beth admitted that both her and her manager made a mistake, however nothing is done accept I am sorry. Absolute terrible service and no consideration for the stress and implications.

Timing chain started rattling on my newly bought Tiguan. Took it to garage who contacted Warranty 2000. They were told that the timing chain is only covered if it fails. If the timing chain fails then the engine is damaged causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.
I called up the delightful lady’s at warranty 2000 who always answer the phone with a smile on there face. And in a very cheerful voice I was told the timing chain fault is classed as wear and tear and it’s only covered if it fails. I explained that if it fails the engine will be destroyed would they pay for that? No was the answer so basically I either pay for £1000 for a new timing chain or thousands for a new engine. Brilliant.
This is the first warranty I have ever purchased and I’ll never get another again.
It really is an absolute scam.

Clara was extremely professional and clear to understand. She made me feel at ease straight away. She knows her job well and was able to answer all my questions straight away without the need to speak with her supervisor which seems to be the case with so many companies today as they employ staff who do not know their product properly. She is clearly an asset to your company as the policy was renewed super quick, slick and efficiently. She is the sort of person I like to deal with as no dithering, just efficiency and professionalism. Very well done Clara. Keep up the good work.

Great value for money and very prompt service

Missold warranty from bigmotoring world. Not a great help do never buy warranty from them. The whole process is unacceptable always get it from manufacturers/dealers. Really disappointed with the way they have dealt with the claim

Please please do not use this company. They will get out of paying any claim, it is a complete con. I’ve had the warranty just over a year and anything I’ve tried to claim they’ve refused to pay, for ridiculous reasons. Please stay clear!
