Encore une fois, j'ai passé ma commande de photos et calendriers photos à être prêtes en 6 à 10 jours. L'an passé, c'était parfait alors j'ai recommencé cette année, mais mes 4 commandes sont "en différé" et pas moyen de savoir quand je les aurai! J'ai téléphoné, mais la ligne téléphonique en français était tellement mauvaise, alors j'ai rappelé... même chose. J'ai alors retéléphoné en anglais, mais tellement long, alors j'ai laissé mon numéro pour un rappel. Quand ils m'ont téléphoné, 1 heure plus tard (et non 2 minutes comme le message disait) l'agent m'a dit, "en différé, alors je vais escalader le problème... je ne peux rien faire". Et pour les commandes dont le 10 jours tombait demain, il m'a dit de téléphoner demain! Le robot avec lequel j'ai essayé avant suggérait même que les commandes avaient été annulées! Impossible d'en savoir plus! C'est moins cher... mais on ne les reçoit pas! Pourtant j'ai payé...

Incompetent Walmart customer service
Ordered chairs online Nov 11th, returned them with Day and Ross Nov 17th. It’s now December 17th after multiple complaints and requests and promises of a manager call back and escalation team working on this refund issue. Nothing resolved and same promises that a manager will call back. Reported issue to my credit card company who has refunded and started an investigation….BRUTAL AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bad customer service by Walmart Photo Centre
I ordered prints from Walmart Photo service on Dec. 05, 2025 and they were supposed to be ready in 6 to 10 days. Today is day 11 and it is still showing on Walmart portal that my order is delayed but no date when they will be ready.
This is very bad customer service. If they cannot handle the work they should not offer the service to public.
This is holiday season and everybody wants their order on time.
I will not order from Walmart again.
Terrible service
Terrible service. I placed an order to have the delivery between 4-5pm. No one showed up. aited till 9:00. Waited an hour for customer service. They said the driver decided to cancel the order. They did not notify me. And as of now, the order is still showing pending on their website. This shows how Walmart can not be trusted.

Watch out for Credit Card ID ASSIST.
Be very careful when activating the Walmart Mastercard. During activation, an ID Assist service is automatically enabled, which results in a $20.99 monthly charge unless you notice it and opt out. This is not made sufficiently clear during the activation process.
Most credit cards already provide fraud protection at no extra cost, so discovering a recurring fee for a bundled add-on was both surprising and frustrating. While the details may exist in the fine print, the way this service is integrated into activation makes it easy for customers to enroll without intentionally choosing it.
I recommend reviewing your statements immediately after activation and questioning any charges you did not knowingly agree to. This experience seriously undermined my confidence in the card’s transparency. I have CANCELLED this credit card of my 73-year-old retired senior citizen. Shame on Walmart!

Lack of transparency. When order was put in cart - Shipping charges were not outlined until order was placed. This is a huge huge scam. 1/3 of my order was shipping costs. Walmart - you just lost a big customer BIG!!!. So your loss and I will never use your service again. I thought Walmart was trustworthy. Imagine giving only 30 minutes to cancel an order that they don't even start to ship for 5 days. What a scam. You guys are terrible and you are not what you advertise.

I'd rather give no stars! I just purchased the delivery pass - what a waste of money. In spite of my past online delivery orders being LATE, I purchased the pass assuming that my orders would at least arrive on time. Joke was on me. Of course my first order on this pass, is LATE! I selected the 3-4 pm time slot, it is almost 6pm and I still have not received it. I called customer service, they tried calling the store where the delivery is being sent from and the call was not answered - can you believe that? Ever since Walmart.ca switched to using Uber/Door Dash drivers it has been problem after problem. Good luck if you live in a building. Your order could be left unattended at the elevators, possibly on your floor or alternatively, in the lobby, on the ground level - again, unattended. These scenarios are, provided they arrive at all. Most of time they are just late - unfortunately, being on time is not the norm. If the order is late, regardless of the original time slot, the customer service agent will at least reassure you that the order will be delivered by the end of day. This Walmart location is open until 11 pm. I guess I now have to wait until 11 pm to get my order!
UPDATE: I just received my order 8:07 pm - guess I should have chosen 11 am to get it for 3 pm.
Predatory and abusive company
We all shop at walmart to get the cheap goods we want and we all know that they are predatory. I would also like to point out that if you PHONE Walmart to ask why your Walmart orders were cancelled without explanation, you are directed to a call center in INDIA. I think that we as "elbows up" canadians should demand that the money we pay to Walmart be used to give back to our communities by employing people here. When money to support services here is being spent in the economy in INDIA instead of locally to support the products and services being here, our community is being bilked. Please speak out about this. These companies are predators

Bought a tablet from 3rd party online but supposed too be fulfilled by Walmart ... 3 weeks no tablet and tracking shows no shipping progress. Talked to customer service twice..nowhere..talked to 3rd party and they say correctly it is in walmarts inventory not theirs since it's fulfilled by Walmart, but they will try to talk to Walmart..talked in store and a n associate phoned customer service and got nowhere. They have my hundreds and I have nothing.

I’m genuinely shocked at how poorly Walmart Canada handled my return. I ordered a mattress and returned it over a month ago. At the time of pickup, I was told I would receive my refund in 2–5 days. The delivery company said 10–12 days. Customer service kept repeating “wait 2–4 days, you’re our top priority.”
It’s unbelievable how many different answers one customer can get and none of them were true.
Here I am, one month later, still without a refund, and still hearing empty promises from customer service.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust. If this is how online orders and returns are handled, then I’ve learned my lesson: I will never order online from Walmart again.
Walmart needs to seriously fix their communication and refund process, no customer should be left chasing their own money like this.
A logistical Nightmare: 9 Items, 7 Delivery Dates, Zero Convenience…
I had a disappointing overall experience with Walmart Canada, and I'm unlikely to order again. The website shopping process was tiresome, displaying too many unrelated and repetitive items despite using filters and best match options. The delivery process was significantly worse. A single order of nine items is scheduled across seven separate delivery dates between December 9th and December 26th. My request to consolidate these into a maximum of two deliveries was denied by customer service, who offered only impractical solutions, such as (refusing delivery or returning items to a post office). Furthermore, the delivery notifications are unreliable (e.g., an item arrived at 7:08 PM despite a 10:00 PM promise). Managing seven separate potential deliveries is a major inconvenience and logistical challenge, plus splitting small items (e.g., a screwdriver to be delivered one day, and a pair of slippers the next) is inefficient and contradictory to any stated goal for 'carbon neutral delivery'. In contrast, recent orders with competitors like Temu (15 items in 2 deliveries) and Giant Tiger (9 items in 1 delivery) and were superior in service and efficiency. Had I known about these highly fragmented logistics and the short 30-minute window to cancel, I would not have placed the order.
My major complaint photo lab centre never open in Fort Frances and I’m not alone…
My major complaint and I’m not alone here many other residents in Fort Frances Ontario have gone to the photo lab centre there and it’s never open! It’s absolutely Ludacris. They have one staff working in there with all the staff in that store and that photo lab that’s the only option in town we have and it’s such an inconvenience like I can see it being closed Saturday and Sunday, but I went there Monday and it was closed and I went to customer service and talked to somebody and she just stood there so silly looking never said a word Like why isn’t it open? We need another photo centre in this town. Walmart is getting. I’m just sick of Walmart and it’s very frustrating when you’re trying to accomplish something and you cannot so yes I am putting it out there all over social media terrible service. There’s no reason why it shouldn’t be open. Walmart. Canada is a huge company they make a ton of money and they should have more staff than one person and then shutting it down.
Haven't improved in over a decade
A decade ago I ordered a ping pong table for my son at the end of Sept for Christmas - it showed up the end of Jan. Had to put a picture under the tree for him. It took so many phone calls to even get it sorted out. After a decade thought I would try them again. Thinking their online is better now? Ordered a Christmas tree. Said delivery in 2 days. lol Shows the label was printed but still hasn't shipped. Ordered it in Nov. Every time you call in they say "we will look into this but it will take a couple days" Then I get an email saying "it's resolved and I can not reopen this for 8 days" I know I am not getting the tree for Christmas. But I sure would like my money back. Won't be ordering from them again. If they can't improve in a decade? I use multiple sites for on line shopping Amazon, Home Depot, Home Hardware and many clothing sites. Anytime there is an issue with an order it is resolved quickly. With Walmart you have to put in a lot of work to get help or a refund. They make it hard. Corporate is not doing changes to improve if it is the same after a decade.
Scam
Be very careful as I bought two items but was charged for an extra item. When I called, they said they just put through $59.62 to check and see if they could put money on my Visa. I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous. I told them they better hurry up and refund my money how many people would’ve not noticed that. What a scam.

every time i am more shocked by how abysmal walmart’s customer service is. everything always goes wrong. at some point the rep i was talking to referred to amazon as their competitor— not a chance. an item was lost, ie never shipped, no refund then it was suddenly found i guess and shipped and guess what, i moved, don’t live there and they won’t refund me. absurd. absurd. everything about them is absurd. i deleted the app and wouldn’t order from them if the prices were half amazon.
