my online order - I purchased a patio furniture. the order was delivered with missing one set of cushion and two sets mismatch. I called walmart to assist with their merchant business part, all they handle was an email address, no support from the online team. Walmart took my money now that I need help, they won't help me or won't even past me to manager.
it been over a month and no help from walmart or support from customer service.

I go for food and it is getting better and better.

I go for food and it is getting better and better. Many items are low priced and not even in the flyer because the price drops just for a few days. This shows each store has independence and pricing choice which is good business and keeps waste to a minimum. If you're frugal it would be crazy not to use Walmart for a food source. Check their flyer on Flipp. I just wish Walmart price matched other stores.

Absolutely abysmal

Absolutely abysmal. Ordered several items ( only after going to the store to find that " in stock "items there, were not on the sales floor, but in the warehouse and only available to order for pick-up or delivery ). Added more " in-stock" items to the order to make it worth while getting them delivered.
Now, after waiting around all morning and part of the afternoon, I discover that three small items ( whisk /ladle and spatula ) are ?? showing pick-up failed.
Two small items are being delivered by Fedex tomorrow and the remaining two very small items are out for delivery......but wait , where are they ? According to tracking, at 12:50 pm they were 8 minutes away ( Doordash )...now at 14:02 pm, they are 16 minutes away and still travelling in the opposite direction. If I could cancel I would, because I could have just travelled by bus to another store ( and an even better quality store ) and picked the damned things up myself ( on the bus !!!!! ).
Absolutely disgusted. Unfortunately can't leave zero stars, or I would.

Do not order from Walmart!

I have not ordered from Walmart in an extremely long time and I am so upset and disappointed with my current order. I ordered the Laval Steel outdoor dining set.Fedex delivered two giant boxes outside my front door this morning. The box with the table did not have any wrapping on the metal pieces which struck me as odd. When I opened the big box with the chairs, only two sides/legs were wrapped in bubble wrap. All of the other pieces were just tossed in unprotected causing them to bank against each other and cause significant scratching. It was an obvious return that Walmart did not care about checking or properly repacking before they sent ot off to the next customer buying what they expected to be a new set. I spoke to an actual supervisor (Vivek)who told me my only choice was to keep the set for about 3 business days (which may even flow through the weekend into the next week) for pick up. I tried to explain that I had ordered the set for a dinner the next day (which was the main reason I had ordered from Walmart as I needed a quicker delivery), but more importantly there was no way or nowhere I could store it for that long. He informed me it woud have to be stored indoors. I have no garage. I live in a small townhouse. There is no possible way fro me to take all of the pieces out, store them inside my tiny living room (did I mention I have guests coming) and then cut up the dirty big boxes to put those in my tiny living room. I then would need to rebuild and retape the boxes and repack all of the pieces outside for pick up. He did not care as that was Walmart policy. My only option was to escalate and wait 48 hours for a response (head scratcher there). Might I suggest that Walmart actually have a policy whereby they have some small quality control so that paying customers do not get damaged, previously returned, carelessly pkg product! Staying away from WALMART!

Most unbelievably trashy store

Most unbelievably trashy store. Where no one even helps you or understands you anymore. They even have different pickup times for online grocery items you want that same day, because they're apparently in a different part of the store!?? When it's all in the same area and it's all groceries

New Glasgow Walmart you need to do better!

The cherries in bags sitting on the ground, to be moved to another shelf. Folks that just wrong. Get a trolley, a table a bag - but New Glasgow NS, location - you need to train your staff on health and safety. The bags have holes in them... the floor is dirty, with chemicals from cleaning products, the floors are just dirty as - yes we walk on them from outside and from where ever people walk.. its food - come on!!

I recently shopped with Walmart Canada and had an overall average experience. The store had a decent selection of products and the prices were reasonable, which I appreciated. However, the shopping experience could have been smoother it took some time to find certain items, and checkout was a bit slower than expected.

Walmart has gone way downhill

I ordered a sweater for my son's birthday. It came 2 months after. A week after purches a fraudulent order of over $500 was placed on the walmart website. Called the location said items were supposed to be picked up at. They said they couldn't do anything and to call the fraud department......what?!?!
So the people that stole my banking information and bought $500 worth of walmart products are still able to pick up the order regardless of if the store has been told they paid for it with my bank account, After walmart allowed my information to be stolen and used.........I just do not get it!

Misleading labeling on imported food items

I am disappointed with a recent food item I purchased at Walmart. The product seems to have been brought in by a local Chinese importer, but the entire packaging is written in Korean. Because of this, I couldn’t even read the ingredient list without having to use a translation app on my phone.

More importantly, the item is not properly labeled regarding its nutritional content. It tastes incredibly high in sugar, yet there is no clear warning or proper translation on the shelf or packaging to reflect this. For people who have dietary restrictions, diabetes, or are simply watching their sugar intake, this lack of clear labeling is a safety issue. Walmart needs to ensure that imported products have accurate, readable English/local language ingredient and nutrition labels before putting them on the shelves.

first online purchase!

Made my first online purchase of a Smart Solar Bird Feeder from Birdfy-Netvue. I received it in two days for a great price! After the initial 24 hr charge we set it up and had our first bird visit in 42 minutes! Amazed at the speediness of this product not yet available in Canada thru regular means. Thank you Walmart for a stress free experience and plan on ordering lots more Birdfy products in future! Wish I could include the 20 second video this feeder takes everytime a bird lands!

Amazon.ca. CHARGES SHIPPING after saying it's FREE

I ordered an item costing just under $100 from AMAZON.CA The description stated SHIPPING FREE. But AMAZON.CA stated that because I had NOT subscribed (it's voluntary) to "PRIME", SHIPPING WASN'T FREE. To be honest, I don't know if Amazon.ca reconsidered???

Anyhow, Complaining to the Store Manager at that Walmart Store won't do Anything

To avoid - A Week Late, No Delivery, and No Refund

I purchased an air conditioner on Walmart.ca because they guaranteed next‑day delivery. One week later, the package still has not arrived. While the tracking status showed that the item was “Out for delivery,” it suddenly updated to indicate that the package was damaged and returned to the sender.

We are entering a heat wave starting today. Extreme heat is severely detrimental to my health and puts me at risk of ending up in the emergency room. I urgently need an air conditioner, and in order to purchase another one, I need Walmart to refund the item I never received.

For several days now, Walmart’s customer service has told me nothing but to “be patient” and wait, despite the fact that the situation is clearly unresolved.

This is absolutely the last time I order from Walmart.ca.

Warning for anyone ordering expensive electronics from Walmart.ca:

I ordered a laptop from walmart.ca. The order was marked “delivered”next day, but I never received the package. I contacted Walmart customer service multiple times through chat, but the issue remains unresolved. The money has been deducted from my credit card but no product was delivered!
Please avoid making any order on high-value items from Walmart.ca.

I ordered an above ground pool from…

I ordered an above ground pool from Walmart. Delivery was to be May 20th, money was taken from my bank account on May 19th. Have yet to receive the order and customer service doesn’t know where it is. How is that even possible? They say they can’t cancel it but they have escalated the situation *insert eye roll* and I should hear back from someone in 2-3 business days.
I used to work for a company who supplied to Walmart. If this was their product that hasn’t arrived on the expected date, there would be a hefty late delivery charge applied to the vendor.

They don’t refund

I ordered dog pee pads online and received the wrong size. What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The first agent agreed to schedule a return pickup but never actually assigned it to anyone. I had to contact them again just to get someone to show up. The item was finally picked up on May 1st and I was promised a refund in 5-8 business days.
That came and went. I contacted them again and was told it was “flagged” and someone would call in 1-3 business days. No one called. I contacted them AGAIN and got the exact same response. “It’s escalated, someone will call in 1-3 business days.”
This is my 5th interaction with Walmart customer service over a simple refund for an item they already have back in their possession. Every single time it’s the same script, the same empty promises, and zero results.
I have now filed a bank dispute and a BBB complaint. Do not trust their refund process. Once they have your return, good luck ever seeing your money again.

Placed an order and was notified early…

Placed an order and was notified early this morning item on way, then changed to delayed delivery since 10:30 this morning. No explanation from with Walmart or door dash.
Called customer service as well as store where item is coming from. Long wait times on hold, disconnections, and taking no responsibility from either one via chat. Pathetic,
