I ordered a tankini and it's so comfortable! The quality is amazing.

Like so many of these reviews before me, I wished I'd checked these reviews. My order took a good while to arrive, I emailed support and got a reply very quickly, my stuff arrived the same day as my email went to support.

The quality isn't good! The UK branding is misleading as all made in China, anything I've ordered from China in the past is poor quality and might fit a five year old. Had I realised this I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.
Going to put it down to a bad experience and my stupidity for not checking. Count my losses and always check in future!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible Terrible Terrible. I ordered 4 swimsuits at around £100 total. Paid online and this money was taken. waited a few weeks and never had a confirmation email. I emailed them to ask what was happening. They said one swimsuit was out of stock so they were waiting for it to come in before they dispatched - why not tell me that before? They asked if I wanted to wait or if I wanted the other swimsuits. I said yes to the others. When I hadn't had a reply and no confirmation of dispatch a week later, I emailed to say cancel the order and reimburse me. This was 2 months ago and they still have not reimbursed me despite me emailing every week. I am £100 out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.

DO NOT BUY!! Absolutely ridiculous company. I ordered multiple bathing suits and after weeks of them not arriving (even though they said they had been shipped) I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. The package finally arrived weeks after the vacation was over. The bathing suits were far too small. I wanted to return them. It took a lot of emails to finally get the information of where to return them. Then they wanted PHOTOS of the bathing suit crotch area to verify the protective plastic/sticker was still there!!!! I have never heard of such a request! Then they wanted pictures of the tracking information and they Wanted Pictures of a screenshot showing that my dispute with my credit card company was closed. I still have not received my refund. !!!

I placed the order At 9/10 in the morning. I cancelled it at 3:30 - you can only do this by email - and two days later received an email to say it had been dispatched! They're website says you can't cancel up to 24 hours, and this can only be done by email.
All I get is 'your order tracking number is ..'. No idea what to do as I don't want another item, or pay the steep delivery charge.
My only recourse is this website, and to contact my credit card company and report them.
Update: They say they are in the US, but I have seen nothing about this. The package arrived two weeks later, shipped from a UK address, with 48 hours tracking info so they had ample time to cancel the order. As a different reviewer noted, they offer a 50%, then 70% discount. Very sly, as they still refuse to accept it is their error. Still refuse to pay for returns.
It's been a real headache. I'll be reporting them to trading standards and MasterCard.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not received my order. I have contacted them but had no response. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Would have given a zero score if I could.

I am kicking myself for not checking these reviews, I knew the website looked too good to be true. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, IT IS A SCAM. As as already been mentioned, the clothes are cheap rubbish that don't fit. Mine are baggy at the bottom and impossible to get on at the top. Returns are to the US and only if they agree to it, despite there being a UK returns address on the label. Utterly disgusting.

Do not use this company! The items look so good but its all a con. Customer service is shockingly bad. They expect you to pay for goods to be returned to the US, when in actual fact they're in Leicester. Sizing is ridiculously small, so unless you're a stick insect it won't fit! Next stop trading standards if they dont fully refund me. Save you're money!

If I could, I would like to give a minus 5 stars rating, rather than 1 star. I could kick myself I didn’t read other peoples reviews on here before I made the massive mistake of trying to order from this website.
Firstly, I wrongly assumed from the beautiful pictures of the swimsuits and the fact it was a ‘co.uk’ company, that these were of a good quality and were being shipped within the UK so would arrive within 7 days at most.
Unfortunately I have been given the complete run around by this company; I am owed money for items that I have paid for and that they now say (two weeks after my order placed) that they are out of stock.
The rest of my order has never arrived, since placing the order in the middle of May and I am almost £100 out of pocket.
My only alternative is to seek compensation through my credit card company. My advice to anyone reading this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE unless you have money you want to throw away, for no good reason. They are a complete SCAM and I am surprised that they are allowed to trade under all their false pretences.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered on 5/2/2024. Still have not received. It started out overseas, went to IL to TN and back to IL. I honestly think it was scam. Use caution when ordering. I asked for a new order or a refund and they said they can’t do that.

AVOID. ALL THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. BAD QUALITY. STALLING WITH RETURNS. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

If I could give 0 rating I would . What a total scam how is this company still trading?? . Trying to return your unwanted items is impossible. They fob you off with different emails asking if you want to keep the items and refund 50% why on earth would I want to keep items that I don’t need. They will not give you the address to send the returns to and just completely ignore any request, when asked for the posting details all they say it’s in America And the posting you have to pay for complete scam really hope they get shut down as hundreds of people must be losing money including me . Wish I’d read the reviews Definitely a mishap on my behalf as no way would I have ordered if I had read them .

poor quality product with misleading sizing - hence when you wish to return, photos required AND you discover item to be returned to USA (at a cost).
Other 'solution' offered is a partial refund 30 or 50% of item as compensation and you get to keep the item.

Don't touch this company completely unacceptable marketing procedures

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They don't refund defective items and make you pay for returns to the USA when you bought in the UK!! Their customer service is shocking and they offer you a tiny "compensation" amount when the item is UNWEARABLE!!! Steer well clear. They are con artists and liars.

I was so happy to see the suits, they were better than I thought they would be. HOWEVER, some suits did not felt well, and others I needed a larger size. I have gotten nothing but road blocks in trying to exchange and return items. Three emails later, they still have not provided me with the address that I need to send the merchandise back to. They even offered me a 50% refund if I wouldn’t return the merchandise. Who wants to keep merchandise that doesn’t fit??? I can see that they’re stalling so long, so they can reach the 30 day cut off. DON’T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I'd give no stars if I could. Awful customer service. Horrible return process, just gives you a run around when you request a return. Would never buy from again.

I ordered from here BEFORE reading the reviews, then I started to panic that I had been scammed! HOWEVER my items have turned up within 14days AND they are waaay better than expected, great quality and fit really well!!! Im really really happy!! Maybe I was one of the lucky ones but I honestly can’t fault them !!

Scam artists someone needs to do something about this - crooks

Yes like many others I’m kicking myself for being drawn into buying from this… words fail me here I can only say scamming company. I ordered a few items thinking it would be easy to return but of course no. They start off replying to your email as if they are really going to help you and then adopt delaying tactics like asking for photos of packaging etc. Then I heard nothing and of course time is passing and when you look at the returns small print you realise that it’s all worded to make it almost impossible to return items and get a refund. You can’t send a return til they authorise it and if they delay long enough then it’s past 30 days so of course they’ll then refuse it. I’m still waiting for a reply…
Why oh why are these people allowed to advertise and operate. And the quality is poor. One of my costumes is stitched together incorrectly so I couldn’t wear it if I wanted to but as it’s a ‘sale item’ I can’t even return it although not fit for purpose, a complete rip off! PLEASE DON’T USE THEM!!

I should have done my research before purchasing! Ordered a couple of items to try but beware, returns are to the US and you will have to pay postage and wait for ever to get refund...Also quality not that great...very disappointed
