Do not buy from this business
The tankini is faulty. I have requested a return address, many times. For 2 full weeks.
A long series of emails, photos of the problem, problem with a ring round, photos of label, label on inner packaging, new photos at max resolution. Excuse after excuse, and further requests for new photos.
Today they offered a 30% refund. They suggest I should ask a tailor to correct the fault. At least they admit there is a fault.
I have yet again asked for a return address.
There is no uk limited company registered with this name and no address on any site.
I was required to register and the email back confirmed my password. Dangerous! Glad it was a one-off password.
This all feels like a scam.
I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. They have temporarily refunded the money while their legal team investigate.

I ordered a swimsuit from this company. I am in England. The swimsuit arrived and was a terrible fit.
I emailed the company and got a long complicated response with instructions to return at my cost !!!! I have never encountered this before.
They have offered me a refund if 30% and to keep unusable item which I have reluctantly agreed to. It remains to be seen if this ever happens !
I DO NOT recommend this company and wish I had looked a reviews first.

Product when it finally arrived was…satisafactory but not worth the poor delivery & customer service experience
Product when it finally arrived was fine, but the big issue was the logistics service provided by Walk on the Beach.
I paid for express delivery and it took them the full 7 working days to reach the final delivery company. This is before it was processed and delivered to me by a separate company.
The tracking link provided never worked, even though I requested twice for it to be corrected.
In addition, their customer service provided isn't worth the money spent. After requesting a refund of the delivery charge, the customer service agent deliberately ignores the content of my email and replies with the same information they provided in the first email.
From what I can tell also, there is no contact telephone number.
I would not recommend buying from this company.

I have not received my package yet I payed for express shipping 3/7 days. The tracking number was sent on the 2nd July and still it’s coming up invalid. I have contacted the company to say that I payed extra to get the delivery in the expected time frame and have been told it would arrive yet today still nothing. I am due to go on holiday tomorrow and have no swimwear and £151 out of pocket.
The customer service is absolutely awful getting no help at all seems like well rehearsed standard rubbish answers.
I will update this review later as I have asked for a full refund including my express shipping fees as they have not done what the very misleading website states, Costomer care is not part of this company policy.

The product was order June 23
The product was order June 23, 2025. I followed all the instructions, including the tracking number. Today is July 8, 2025. The tracking number is no longer valid and has been removed from the database. Have been in touch via the only way possible--thru email--to no satisfaction. In fact: asked to wait!!!! because the show it was shipped out to LAX. It is obviously lost-probably during the fires and riots.

I didn't realise the company is based in the USA which means returning items is much more difficult than dealing with UK companies. Good arrived in about 10 days are not very good quality, fit and made in China. They obviously don't want returns as I've been offered 50% refund and keep the items. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't order from this company. I purchased two items that totaled $91 and they want to refund me $16. They are not reputable. I am still sending items back but I need them tracked and I have to let them know the tracking number or I will not get a refund. I really made a mistake dealing with this company

The swim dress is so poorly made. The item arrived smelling of cigarettes?! The packaging was absolutely woeful. I did report this and I was given very little money back. I just want to warn others that the website picture was nowhere near resembling the awful item I received.

Awful company. I cancelled my order within THREE MINUTES of placing it after realising it was a con after I hit pay. They claimed it had already been shipped. I’ve been given an unrecognisable shipping number. I’ve asked for return details in advance, notifying them I would be returning the parcel unopened and have only been given a zip code in the USA which covers 12,289 addresses so return is impossible. Absolute scam

Did Not Honor Their Return Policy
Took over three weeks to receive two tankini sets. Once received, found that the style and fit were not for me. These things happen. Attempted to return the items following their stated process, and got a complete run around from them. Tried to follow all of their requirements, such as taking photos of the items, including order numbers, tracking numbers etc, etc. in order to receive a return shipping address from them. Radio silence after that.
Buyer beware - they did not honor their return policy, simple as that. I will never order from this site again.

They sent my order to an address in London and I live in the northeast of England. When contacted, they then claimed that I had made the error and had put in the wrong address… an address that I have no knowledge of!
I would advise no one to use this fraudulent company.

Misleading shipping information
I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed. I placed my order on June 7. On June 9 I get an email saying my package was shipped. But since then, the status hasn’t changed. If I didn’t know better they “printed” the shipping label so it looks like it shipped but it really hasn’t. This is a very bad business practice… as it tricks people into thinking their package is on the way. I emailed a couple of days ago with no response. I emailed again today. I thought I had plenty of time for my package to arrive before I leave for the beach, but now it’s doubtful. Very disappointing!

Absolutely no tracking or email updates of the order were provided after the initial packing label was “prepared.” That label was out of Chicago however I’m confident the products are from China. I even research the company because I wanted American made. The suits arrived after a month, again confirming my suspicions that they came from China. Guess what? They don’t fit -too small in every way. The only positive I can share is that they replied quickly to my email requesting how to go about a return. The process is ridiculous-they won’t even give a return address until they approve whether or not I can prove I’ve never worn the suits. The offer of 30% of the cost, less shipping, of course, is despicable. Way to rip off people of their hard earned money!

Tankini tops not long enough in body, or bottoms not high enough I. E so midriff shows, I'm not long in body. Bust support not true to size.
Logistics needs to be sorted as updates not given until deliverey day and time to wait too long.
So they responded but I used size guide, just saying.

Scam company, not in UK but hiding the fact
My wife ordered some stuff from this company. I checked all the T&Cs and nowhere does it say any returns have to go outside of the UK.
We are trying to returns the items as they don’t fit (which have all the tags and short labels in) and they just said they have to be returned to the USA. Which will cost £24 and looking at these reviews it seems we won’t get a full refund.
We will jump through the hoops they have laid out but if we don’t get a full 100% refund I’ll be doing a credit card chargeback. From the reviews on here it seems they do everything to avoid giving a refund.
DO NO USE.
UPDATE - you can see from the copy and paste answer they have given that they don’t really care. Also there is a website call SEAFANCY.CO.UK which seems to be the same company as the website is very similar with same products and T&Cs.
We have been offered a 70% refund and we don’t have to send the items back which is ok - at least it’s something - but it’s still cost us £30 to have nothing of any use to us.
AVOID.

Terrible! SCAM!!!
I had ordered two of same suit for sizing. They arrived crumpled up in a small bag with no real info on outside and No packing list on inside. Suit with NO attached labels and no protection liner .
I read 30 day returns. Called to get return address and was told they do not take returns without labels and protection liner.
Like other reviews they want me to do me a favor and offer 30% refund. I'm not done fighting yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Be very wary of placing orders
I placed an order on 23 May and still haven't received it. They said it had been dispatched to me and would be delivered by Yodel. I eventually received an e-mail saying Yodel had the parcel, however on entering the tracking number that had been provided to me by Walkonbeach into Yodel tracking, the number wasn't recognised by Yodel.
I feel disappointed and let down by my experience with this company and therefore would warn anyone thinking of placing an order to be very wary, especially after now having read all of the bad reviews they have received here.
