The customer service is good. The vehicles are quality but they aren’t cleaned well before hand but other than that everything is good; better than other rental companies.

Service is very slow at front desk. Had to wait 30minutes for pickup and drop off.

Great Experience at a great price. I was slightly unsure about this rental company as their prices were so competitive but we got a five-star service from Wassim at Citygate Skoda. We rented a brand new Kodiaq for a 2week trip to Scotland. Worked really well with lots of luggage and 4 people. Most documentation is online and drop off was nice and easy. Certainly recommended for service and price.

I have rented a few times and each experience has been quick and easy. The cars are all new and clean and has always been the car I was expecting. Prices are really good compared to local competitors. My only issue is I prefer to receive a full tank and return a full tank but that's minor compared to the service received.

Great prices, fair terms and amazing customer service. Overall a fantastic rental experience. Waseem is certainly passionate about his job and hoes the extra mile. I have rented in the past and i don't need to go elsewhere for a rental. Cars are in great condition. I ended up with one with only 800 miles on the clock. Unlimited mileage and they don't try catching you out like some rental compaines do on chips and scratches. Plus you get the car you book. This is how rentals should be.

Booking on line from Australia was a worry as it was the first time we have done an overseas booking like this. The deal seemed too good to be true for a 29 day rental, compared to other companies, however, we should not have worried. Everything was as quoted, and NO HIDDEN CHARGES. The relatively new car didn't miss a beat and served us really well over our 3600 mile journey.
Great friendly service from the staff, and even arranged a cab to the airport upon our return.

The Rental side of things was smooth and great value. The car was the disappointment as the Satnav had a meltdown during the journey and took us on a 15 mile detour, before crashing completely (The Satnav crashed, not the car). I arrived late at my destination because of this. This is the reason for Four stars rather than Five.
I would hire from VWFS again, however, I wouldn't hire a Seat!
