Was always in touch, called back when they missed my call, well looked after.

Kevin went above and beyond while i rented a car for around 4 months, he was really understanding with my situation while I was waiting for my new car to be delivered to the dealership. Great customer service was provided all the time! Will definitely keep Rent-a-Car in mind if I ever get stuck!

Marvellous experience from start to finish, didn't want to give the car back, the golf they lent us was such a nice drive.

I needed a car quickly to bridge the gap between my provided courtesy car being taken away and my new car arriving. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the whole process was so easy and good value. I would use them again if needed.

I hired a car for 4 weeks when my son & his family came to visit from NZ, lending him our bigger car for the duration of his stay.
I cannot fault the service provided by my local office, which included a fairly last minute extension to the hire period - no problem at all!
The cost of hiring the car was also cheaper than most other hire companies and I liked that I knew exactly what vehicle I would be driving - none of this "VW Golf or equivalent" rubbish.
I wouldn't hesitate to hire from here again & can highly recommend them

very easy to hire with minimal effort, friendly staff and when i needed to extend the hire of the car, this was not a problem, i only had the car for 4 days, but ended up being 3 weeks. very accommodating

Didn't realise service was available at this site. Car was in for mot and service with them and needed a car. Booking process was super easy and team was available to answer my questions. Pricing is very competitive for area and guaranteed to get a top quality car.
Pick up and drop off super slick and service top notch. Will be making sure to use them again when I need to.
