Excellent customer service from Abraham who was very helpful on the phone explaining options and being very flexible with pick up and drop off do that we could utilise as much of the day exploring the Isle of Wight. He was responsive to emails when we had a couple of follow up questions.

On the day to pick up and drop off the car it was easy and quick with Abraham explaining features of the car so we were comfortable before we set off.

The car itself was almost brand new and excellent to drive.

Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks.

The whole experience of renting a car from VWFS Rent a Car was excellent. Abraham was extremely polite and helpful and answered all of my questions; he was very patient when explaining all about the car and made sure I was completely happy before I drove off. Rented a VW transporter SWB. By far the best price for a medium van single day hire on the island. And the bonus of knowing it is a good quality VW. Service was excellent, the rental supervisor was engaging, clear and excellent at his job. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Best on the Isle of Wight by far!

From enquiry to handing back, everything was seamless. I hired the Grand California and it is simply incredible. It is so easy to drive and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!
