VWFS Rent-a-Car - Bristol Recenzje 

This is my second time with them.the first time was a very good, but the second one is a nightmare. I rent a van from them in May and till now they didn't pay my refund,because they say there's a scratch in the front pumper when i hand over the van.after that they say there is a scratch in the van side.i call again they say there is damage in the rear.every time they came with different excuses to refuse to pay the deposit. Anyway i sopke with the bank and they deal with them.

John went out of his way to ensure the car was available following some unforeseen challenges. Car was lovely and the best priced 7 seater car i could find in Bristol.

A lovely business and incredible workforce, John especially was extremely helpful and professional.

Very quick and easy to reserve a car (a good selection and at very reasonable prices). Minimum time spent on admin during collection and drop off. Overall and excellent service from start to finish.

The best thing is knowing that if I book a Golf I get a golf ‘not similar’ like most hire companies.

UPD: have to remove 2 stars as for 40minute late return we were charged the full extra day (I totally understand the penalty, but this is too much)

I am honestly impressed.
This was my first time renting with them, rented a VW Golf for a week and it has been an amazing experience start to finish.
Staff was very friendly and polite, everything was very fast, car was in amazing state, couldn’t be happier. Probably the best experience I’ve had renting a car ever. I wish I discovered them sooner.

11/5 exceeded my expectations.

Had a great and quick experience when getting it and delivering back, Mr John was really wonderful and pleasant.

Good price, easy booking, great vehicle which was a lovely drive, easy collection and drop off. Friendly efficient service all round. We will use again.

John is the most helpfull person I have meet , he goes the extra miles to make sure everything is right and goes out of the way to help . I always use VW Bristol for our rentals
