Well worth the money. I wanted to salvage my contacts and calendar after leaving my employer and they were super helpful doing a remote session to walk me through the process. Can't say enough good things about their support!

I downloaded this software and had a problem with conversions; almost all the emails took the conversion date instead of the original one. So, I contacted them by email explaining the issue. They got in touch with me, asking me to let them connect to my PC to analyze the problem, and after providing them with some sample emails, they gave me an updated version of the software that solved the issue. Really professional and skilled.

Had some PC issues, but support walked me through them online and resolved them quickly. My PST file is split and my email is back operating normally again (after additionally running MS Office 365's repair tool). Thank you!

Contacted VSOFTWARE support via WhatsApp.
Reaction was very fast (even if it was nearly midnight in Delhi).
Finally my problem was solved in a very professional way via remote access and WhatsApp from Ved Pradesh!

I am greatly indebted to Ved Prakash for doing the complicated process today, in order to repair Classic Outlook and export all folders and files to Outlook 365. There were many problems along the way, but Ved patiently overcame these problems. Ved made my day, and I truly thank you greatly.

We were migrating some PST files to user mailboxes and found the vMail PST tool very helpful in completing the project. Their support team, especially Ved Prakash, was very helpful in addressing all the challenges we faced during the migration.

I had a large data file from Google Workspace containing several years of emails, and I wanted to switch for various reasons. Exporting via Google Takeout was easy enough, but the export was in the MBOX format, and I wanted to use Outlook, which uses PST. I was disappointed that there wasn't a free tool available without hassle, so I decided to purchase "mbox converter" from VSoftware. I needed some help as the download process wasn't straightforward, but they use WhatsApp for support, so I was quickly able to resolve my issues. The software took a while to convert my file as it was so large, but a PST file was produced. It has been imported into Outlook and seems to contain everything (but it may be a while before I need to look for an old email!).

I was having trouble with the email folder and address book contacts coming out of Outlook into Thunderbird. I couldn't believe that they actually got online and guided me through the process. Ved Prakash watched as I did everything and confirmed it all worked as expected. Pretty amazing since their software only did the pst to mbox conversion. Yet he knew how to take what the software gave me and made it work. Fantastic experience. You should try them if you're looking for a first-class company.
