VP Smart Removals Recenzje

Would highly recommend VP Smart Removals. They are a friendly hard working team.

This was our second time moving with VP Smart Removals, and we can highly recommend them! They were prompt, polite and professional. All our things were moved with such care to a property an hour away, and they were so helpful. Special shout out to Viktor who remembered us from our move two years ago! I hope we won't be moving again any time soon, but if we did, we'd definitely use VP Smart Removals.

Great service moving the contents of our 2 bed flat across West London. Van was clean and everything carefully wrapped and stored in the van. The guys were very carfull moving both in and out of the flats not a scratch or scuff to be had. The price was also exceptional compared to other quotes.

Far and away the best experience I've ever had with movers. The two men who came were professional, efficient and friendly (and strong!). I can't emphasize the friendliness enough; most movers I've had seemed annoyed when I asked questions or had more stuff than expected. In this case, we weren't quite done packing when they arrived, and they helpfully worked around us as we finished. They didn't balk at being asked to move large pieces, dismantle furniture or rush us when we weren't sure where we wanted things on arrival. They even helped us move some of the furniture already in the new place around. In part, I think this is because (unlike many movers) they charge a flat (and reasonable!) hourly rate, so there's none of this "our estimate was for X items" stuff. I really can't recommned them enough!

They turned up late. Damaged my furniture during assembly and then claimed they weren't covered under insurance. Dreadful!

Movers were on time, efficient and friendly. Would definitely hire again

Exceptional service and excellent value for money! Organising a move while being abroad is a stressful experience and VP Smart Removals have made my life easier from start to finish. Technicians were lovely and delivered even beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend using this company for your next move!

Good experience, really friendly, reliable and hard worker. I would recommend this company for your next move!

Very happy with their services. Prompt feedback and easy booking process. Movers arrived on time, were polite, efficient and very professional. I can only recommend them!

In short, I recommend VP Smart Removals without hesitation or reservation for a personal, friendly, courteous, caring, efficient and professional removal service and a competitive price.
I was recommended to VP Smart Removals and I have no hesitation in repeating same.
Thanks again VP Smart and in particular the removal team who attended on the day

The guys moved me from isleworth to Shropshire, it was a very smooth experience. They worked so hard loading up, had a long and difficult drive in torrential rain with little visibility in places, and yet arrived cheerful and ready to unload. Really polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I can’t rate highly enough,

We just had the best experience with the team. Jeffrey and George were so helpful and efficient. They did an excellent job for us!! We really enjoyed our move thanks to them. They just took the stress out of moving for us. We also have a little one who was in bed by the time we arrived. (He came earlier with the nanny) and they were so mindful of that and made sure to keep noise to a minimum so that he slept. We can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended!!

Very happy with the service I received. They made a stressful time much easier! Both the office contact and the guys who came out on the day were a pleasure to deal with.

Great people to do business with, special thanks to Daisy, quick to reply with any questions :)
Good price too ! You will not get better ! Well done VP Smart Removals 👍

Big thank you to Daisy who kindly arranged my booking for my move in London and thank you to the 2 technicians who were very professional, patient and careful with moving all of our belongings - I would certainly recommend VP Smart Removals and will be using them again in the future. Thank you!

Probably the best moving experience you could have. The team packed up our 4 bed townhouse last Sunday. They turned up on time, were really polite and worked harder than I've probably seen anyone work in my life. On Monday they turned up at 8am (on time) stripped the whole house down and loaded it by midday. It was incredible to watch, this included taking apart 4 beds and numerous amounts of furniture down a 3 storey house. The packing was immaculate, nothing broke, nothing went missing, nothing got dirty. At the new house they again worked harder than I've ever seen anyone before and were all finished just before 5pm. It was incredible. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Clear pricing. Crew that came and packed and moved were professional and great to be around. Our new house had wardrobes that needed to be moved from one room to another but they couldn’t move without taking apart, which they happily did and the reassembled in the right room. The whole crew worked hard the whole 2 days and made moving so much easier

Best removal we have ever had and we have had dozens.Organisation by Ana great as it was quite complicated.
The removal team were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly.
This company deserves to do well.
Pricing clear and honest.
I highly recommend.

This guys are BRILLIANT! Thank you for your patience to answer with a smile to all of my questions as I was moving out for a first time. On the day everything was as they promised to be! Team arrived on time, they were so positive and friendly and didn't let me touch anything. Thank you for your hard work, you made that move so easy. Will always recommend you to all of my friends and colleagues.
