These guys are terrific and so are their products and employees. Vollebak is making bleeding-edge innovative items so you need to be able to stomach prices and a learning curve. If you're buying model 1.0 of a small-batch jacket made of a material that has never before been made into a jacket then you can expect that you're going to have not only a really cool conversation piece of a jacket but also a few ideas on how future models and applications of that materials could be improved. The great news is that the team at Vollebak is very communicative. They welcome feedback, questions, and engagement. I've interacted with multiple employees there and they all come across as engaged, caring, collaborative, and fun people.
As for the products, some of my Vollebak items have become my "go-to" pieces for global one-bag travel, so you know they simply must be reliable. Other items are more special occasion kinds of items. But I like all the items and none of them has failed me.
I'm truly interested to see what Vollebak comes up with next. It's one of the few brand email lists I'm on and I actually enjoy following their branding and product content.
If you like innovation and you don't like mass-produced cheap garbage clothing, give Vollebak a try. Just make sure you know what you're getting into so your expectations are appropriate. Expect unique, expect cool, expect functional, expect attention to detail, expect support, and expect adventure.

Their products and customer service are next to none! Had one small issue with one product over the years; and the way they handled this with empathy and swift resolution was amazing. Top company!

Well ... The hype and marketing is five star - the actual products - not so great.
I've had years of experience in the apparel business and I really wanted to believe the hype. I needed to get great quality for the pricing. It just didn't happen.
100 year pants: the fabric is questionable. The stitching - I have had to restitch belt loops and a thigh pocket that started to unstitch(I don't even use the pockets).
Indestructible hoody ( I think that's what it's called): poor design - one zipper for the top and bottom pockets is a pain, oversized and very long hoody cord gets in the way.
Merino first layer: nice feel but tears easily. Pretty much is falling apart with each use. It seems too fine - lacking strength.
I wanted to buy more items but I had to stop based on my experience with these three. Vollbeck did refund me the money on the pants. Great service - For the price I expected more.

The team at Vollebak is incredible (looking at you Mike Spring). They helped me get ahead of orders, knowing I was waiting for a specific item to launch, and then bared with me as I became indecisive on which color I wanted. While I don’t have the product just yet (damn leaving your house when it says the order will arrive that day), I already know I’ll be a customer for a long time.

I like British, I like moving boundaries of the norm. I don't mind paying for quality. Ive made the decision to change my hard clothing. I've started this week with 3 items for my birthday. carbon fibre T, Ceramic T, Ceramic Hoddie. the fits great, feels nice, so far so good. if anyone can give these a run for the money I can. I am extremely active. fast moving, heavy wear. I've not bought these to look good. I've bought them to do a job. I will be back in 6 months on this real review. I'm setting a reminder on my calendar now. and now my although my other half has bought me these to start as I asked for them. I'm off to see what the next purchase will be...copper. much better with free delivery. that old min order thing didn't do anything for sales..

Fantastic company mission and product. Very innovative.

It took me a while to decide to buy the equator shirt. They helped with sizing before ordering but it was too small and it was the middle of the pandemic and as a senior I was unable to go out in my area.

It was actually almost a year before I wrote to them just to say I was disappointed. I didn’t ask for anything.

Their response was far beyond any customer service I’ve experienced. They did the following:
1. Sent me a new shirt in my correct size
2. Told me to keep the first shirt and give it to a friend
3. Made sure I didn’t have to pay any shipping costs or duty on the 2nd shirt.

Mike was fantastic and communication was fast, friendly and courteous.
Premium products and premium service. This is “Carriage Trade” service and more. Extremely rare today.
Please remain a private company Vollebak; public shareholders will demand profit over service as happens with so many others.

Just received my indestructible jacket from Vollebak. Very fast delivery and it's a quality product. This is my second item of clothing from Vollebak and both experiences have been extremely pleasant. Great communication and very keen to help customers get the right item in the right size for them. The clothing is expensive, but there is so much information offered about the items that customers can make extremely well informed choices. I will continue to spoil myself on occasion by buying Vollebak's fantastic clothes.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers, hell, even for people who aren’t even a customer yet. Sure, their products cost a premium, but the quality is excellent, and the customer service is beyond expectations. I purchased something that was expected to sell out; my payment went through, but the inventory was sold faster than my order could be processed. They (obviously) returned my money, but they also went out of their way to send me a free item and a very generous discount code for a future purchase. It just doesn’t get better than this!

I like everything about this Company!
Aside from the fact that their products really are good quality and worth every penny (which initially I was a little dubious about),
I was more blown away by the customer service!
Tom was friendly, helpful and quick to get in touch with a query I had. It was resolved quickly and above expectations!
You can’t beat good customer service!
