I have a full metal jacket in black that i really love because of the outstanding look especially when the sun makes the material shining. I was often asked what brand it is. I especially like to wear it in spring or autumn when it is a litte rainy. You do not sweat in it and its perfect waterproof. I had problems with the zipper and got perfect service from the Vollebak team. The service was really outstanding.
Also i have two pairs of trousers from Vollebak that are really my favorite trousers in daily use. You can combine it in casual looks and also in more elegant styles. The material is so resistent,... I go by bike daily and the trousers don't have any material damage like jeans go to have when riding by bike often. I totally recommend these trousers.
All in all really special and nice items Vollebak is selling and an outstanding service if you have any problems,.... 5 stars!

I bought a sweatshirt as a birthday present for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it!! Needed help with sizing and the customer service team could not be more helpful <3

having returned said item , with the postage label they provided I might add , they said they received only one item back so wont refund myself , a person called Felix who sounded like the voice of reason quickly changed his tune and made a barrage of excuses when I asked him to investigate the missing item with yes you got it the Royal Mail

The clothes are certainly innovative. I was excited to put together a wardrobe refresh for my husband from this brand.

Unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience as other customers in terms of shipping. The company does not offer expedited shipping - even if you are willing to pay the extra cost - so you are stuck waiting extended periods for purchases.

Even if your purchase does arrive, the company’s sizing guidance is inaccurate. Pay attention to the measurements detailed for the models on the website. The models are often wearing larger sizes than their measurements would suggest.

I got the 100 year trousers as a gift 5 or so years ago. Not 100 years ago. The material consists of two layers stuck together. These are now coming apart. I contacted the company and they said this is just wear and tear and offered me £50 store credit. Which would just about buy one space sock, if they sold such a thing. Very very disappointing.

Terrible service !! Ordered from the sale they had on in June !!! Order still hasn’t arrived and every time I message they keep fobbing me off with the same email “we have your items reserved and will be dispatched next week”

Ordered a jumper from the sale and like many others here might as well have thrown that money away. Its been weeks and they are still unable to provide even a semblance of where the jumper is and when I can expect my product to be delivered.

Its worth noting that I paid £10 for shipping, which is among the most expensive shipping cost ive ever seen for one item of clothing.

Theyve done nothing proactively to rectify the problem and ive consistently been having to chase up where on earth my money has gone?! Its verging on very shady territory and I cant possibly fathom how busy a warehouse needs to be to be entirely unable to even estimate a delivery date let alone pick and post the product i paid for three weeks ago.

Avoid at all costs! Exorbitant prices and you’ll be lucky to get what you pay for and waste the next month of your life chasing either a refund or what you’ve paid top dollar for in the first place.

waiting over a month for my first purchase from vollebak. Still no ship tracking. Contacted customer service and they had no additional information. Vollebak stated they were currently ‘overwhelmed with orders’. offered me 10% coupon off… a future purchase. insulting. Luxury prices, terrible service.

Update: over two months late now and no shipping notification

Vollebak greatest wormhole sale of all their kits from 2020-2024 was online last week. I ordered kits for 1800 euros and paid for extra 2 working days delivery ad I was preparing to go on vacation. My order did not arrive in nor was even shipped in time pass due promised date. I wrote to their customer service and told them I need my order before going on vacation but the representative name Libbi in our exchanges told me their company Vollebak is experiencing large volume or orders and she is not sure when will my order be shipped. Actually its now almost two weeks and the order is still pending. It is very unfortunate and disappointing for a such a company who market their products with such a precision and elaborate explanation that one will think only super humans or robots from another planets are carefully designing and hand sewing each ham of their clothes, materials brought from inner Earth and outer space but yet they failed in a simple thing ! Failed to plan handling amount of orders for a four year worth collections ??? Is that they never anticipated customer like their clothes or they simply wanted to spare some money from hiring additional workforce to fulfil demands. A bad image for intergalactic company. I left for vacation without my inter-planetary Vollebak equipment. I dont think I will ever buy again from them. This was my fifth order already i er the last three years. I always wait for the wormhole to buy a piece of such an expensive materials.

Got the one hundred year pants and it's disapointing. It won't last more than 10 years. contact the support to tell all the things that goes wrong : zip malfunction, all zip are slowly dismembering themselves. clothes inside the pants that is not robust enough.
And got a 100 year shirt stuff like that, unconfortable at all... Well It's TOOO expensive for what it is
and I think it's way better to buy 10 pants at 50 than 1 at 500

Looks amazing and the material really does feel as strong as they say.
And delivered way before the quoted date despite coming from overseas.

My five stars are for George at customer service . I bought the 100 year coat 2 years ago but found it was letting water in , I got soaked! I was of the understanding that I'd never need any other waterproof, this was the best. So I emailed and George replied with a few simple instructions on how to remedy this. Nothing worked to he sent a postage label and I returned the coat for further investigation and a new coat was swiftly dispatched to me! Great communication and fast service! Fingers crossed this one lasts me a lifetime!

I have just bought a waterproof long puffa in the vault sale and the quality is superb. One of the very few times these days when I actually thought thats a lot better than I even hoped for.

The Vollebak website is so packed with information that it makes navigation tiresome to say the least. Furthermore the size information is lacking in some very important details. In an attempt to obtain detailed information I emailed Vollebak with a simple question …. what is the inside leg measurement of size XL trousers?

After much ado about nothing in numerous email messages, even supplying my measurements, I was eventually given an inside leg measurement which would have been far too short on me, by 2-3 inches! That too was before any creasing at the knee shortened the trouser length further. My attempts to extract a simple measurement was far too laborious and extremely frustrating to say the least. Why this important detail is not available in the size information is beyond my comprehension.

One further observation is the total lack of business acumen displayed in the emails sent from Vollebak. Anyone who signs off a message with say Mr J. Smith, is likely to receive a message addressed; “Hey Smith” or Hi there”. A small matter to some, but it actually displays a complete lack of respect for the addressee.

As every day is a school day, one trusts that Vollebak management might learn something from these observations.

I purchased two articles of clothing the 50000 BC jacket and the 100 year pants and both were, and I’m being generous here, a complete waste of money. Uncomfortable, heavy and the jacket started staining with a couple wears. Whatever you find on their site I guarantee you can find a comparable piece of clothing for 10% of the cost and with better customer service. To this day it is my most regrettable purchase I’ve ever made.

The Vollebak team has been very helpful when it came to helping me to buy the product. However, when there are problems with what I bought they are very unhelpful. Two examples. I bought a planet earth T shirt. The collar must have been made of a different material than the body and was impossibly wrinkled versus the smooth appearance of the material in the shirts body. The result is that the shirt was too sloppy looking to wear out of the house. I complained about what seemed a clear defect in manufacturing to me, but my complaint was slightly outside the warranty period (I didn't immediately wear this shirt) and therefore my request for help was denied. More recently last December I bought their $75 socks. I wore them about 15 times and holes quickly developed in the heels. Within the warranty period I complained that this was defective and not consistent with the company's branding about their sturdy clothes. I've written twice and received no response at all. So in short this company will help you buy their stuff, but not help you when problems arise with what you bought. Tom Duffy

Totally underrated and a cloth secret in comparison to the big brands.

Love the Merino Teal Baselayer , material is great quality as well as the make--i hope you eventually do colours like Navy,Burgundy etc and i will buy more .Great British company and refreshing to see such innovative products and most importantly Made in Europe and not China

When it comes to social cancellation this company should be top of the list!

What a disgusting brand in the middle of a global cost of living crisis where people are suffering all over the world this brand thinks they're worthy of a £500 hoodie - not even a word of social responsibility or causes they support on their website

I'll be donating my money before giving it to these charlatans with their clever marketing gimic!
