Vodafone Turkey is just another cog in the Turkish internet mafia machine. Alongside Turkcell and Türk Telekom, they're the big three who have this country's internet locked down. vodafone is charge cheap compare to others 2 but the quality and speed are bad. how they're lobbying to block alternatives like eSIMs, it's getting harder and harder to escape their grip. If you have ANY other choice, literally ANY, do yourself a favor and go with it. Don't feed these internet gangsters. I still use vodafone because there is no better alternative , it is best of worst

Finally they fixed it.
4 days ago, Vodafone Net customer service called me and asked if there was a problem with my internet. I said yes, my ping is high. They said we will update it, keep the modem off for 5 minutes and then turn it on, but my internet got cut off supposedly after the update. I still don't have internet for 3-4 days. Disgusting company. They spend way too much money for advertising but not much for tech support services.

Vodafone yanımda aplikasyonu açtım .400Tl lik kontör paketi almak için . Sistem onay vermedi ve tekrar deneyin dedi . Hemen anında tekrar denedim ve neyseki bunlara asla güvenmediğim için İŞCep’den harcamalarıma baktım ve 3 dk ara ile 2 ayrı 400 TL lik harcama gördüm . Ve anında hem iş bankasını hem de Vodafone u aradım . Şimdi cümbüşe buyrun : Vodafone diyor ki bizde sadece 1 tanesi başarılı görünüyor
İş bankası diyor ki : Vodafone 2 tane ayrı ayrı 400TL çekmiş kredi kartınızdan . Ben iki gündür bu iki kurum arasında tenis topu gibi gidip geliyorum. İkisi de benim haklılığımı kabul ediyor fakat kimse iadeye yanaşmıyor. Bu nasıl iş ? Bu ne saçmalik ?

İş bankası bana resim belge gönderdi ve diyor ki : Vodafone 2 ayrı 400TL çekmiştir ve ispat etmek için referans kodlarını gönderdiler
Bu belge ile Vodafone gittim . Papağan gibi 5 gün önce söylediklerini tekrarlıyorlar : bizde 2.cekim gorunmuyor . Bankanız size para iadesi yapacak
İş bankasına tekrar gittim : Vodafone bize resim belge göndersin diyorlar.
Vodafone : belge de gönderemeyeiz, mail de atamayız- yani yazılı hiçbir belge vermiyorlar ama beni arayıp papağan gibi aynı şeyleri tekrar ediyorlar

Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter in Antalya. Fairer Preis für die Sim Karte mit 20GB Internet und etliche Stunden Telefonie und SMS. Ich habe lediglich 700 TL für die Karte bezahlt, die automatisch nach 4/6 Monaten ungültig wird.
Ich war vorher bei türkcell und habe aufgrund nicht hinnehmbarer Vorgehensweise und Unaufrichtigkeit zu Vodafone gewechselt!
Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Şikayet ve dilekçeler sonrası haklı bulunup son 2 faturayı silen ancak 3. faturayı silmeyerek 100 liranın peşinde koşan haksız kurum.

I have been trying to cancel my contract as I am leaving the country but could not get help from either Vodafone shop or call centre. They try to avoid you and hang up the phone. Call centre don’t speak English. Turkcell is a lot better. So please avoid them

Horrible, horrible, horrible. when you go buy a sim they copy your info and they do everything, scamming, if you register in turkish bank with that number its extremely dangerous couse they copy your ID or Turkish resident permit or passport, register some sim with your name, its not end, they enter your bank acc and take your money out(by shopping, by making credit card illigally) and customers service, no court is doing all system works toghether to scamm and down foreigners. be careful, they are all scam and fraud.

A person should expect to get the service or product that they pay for. It's a very simple concept. I was told at the Vodafone outlet in Istanbul airport that my SIMM card would be good for 3 months. Less than 2 months later it was cancelled.
Vodafone in Kirsehir Turkey could care less when I sought their help. I was told repeatedly that I had been in the country more than 3 months and that was why my SIMM card was cancelled. When I told them I could prove it via passport and the receipt from when I purchased the SIMM card - then their reasoning changed and I was told nothing could be done because Istanbul Vodafone has nothing to do with Kirsehir Vodafone. If I wanted to use my phone I would have to pay them for a new SIMM card and only in cash because that's all they accept at Vodafone locations in Kirsehir, Turkey.
I entered into an agreement with Vodafone. The person working at that location in Kirsehir in essence told me that they would not honor that agreement.
The big takeaway? Vodafone Turkey does not care about the brand name with which they operate their business under.
When the company doesn't stand behind their products/agreements, I wouldn't touch them. In modern times a phone is a paramount importance to a person, not just for personal and business matters but also from a security and safety perspective. After my experience - I would not risk using them ever again.

15/08/2022 installation was done, 1 month passed, we never had the internet. 3 times the repair team came, they could not solve the problem. They want 604 TL for contract cancellation.
They say it is a problem that we can fix, so we cant cancel the contrat.So I ask them ok but when you will resolve? They say as soon as possible. So it can take even 1 year! I've called a hundred times with no results at least. Stay away!

I am in Turkey now. I want to make international calls. They told me I must buy an international package. 60 minutes 100 TL. So I did. Next day in a different store 120 minutes was 100 TL, next day same store 120 minutes was 70 TL. I called customer service they said 60 minutes is 36 TL. But the worst part both times I got 120 minute package I made 1 call and it kicked me off after 46 minutes, said my 120 minutes was used up. I spent an hour on phone with customer service, she finally figured out their system error and said they would credit my account. They owed me 148 minutes. They didn't credit my account. When I called back they had no record of previous our conversation with customer service. He said they have no policy for crediting accounts.

These useless people gave me a Sim.
I could not see half of internet because of restrictions.
I went to cancel. They cancelled my subscription.
1 month later they call me saying i have a 700TL debt and the plan isnt cancelled.
I pay the "debt" (which wasnt supposed to be there).
I go again to the shop to cancel.
First the tell me that i have to pay 500TL to cancel
Then other 700TL to cancel.
AND i have to wait 1 week that they call me to cancel again.
Now they call me and they want 500TL MORE!!!
This is a SCAM, they are THIEVES.
I'm not going through legals cause im not turkish and cant afford time and money to act legally. And probably they'd win cause they are PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS.
BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE TURKEY
