Amazing experience
Popped into the Vodafone store in Yeovil as I was due an upgrade and the charging port was unreliable on my apple phone. I was met with a welcome and handed over to a guy call Liam. After 10 minutes I left the store with a fixed phone and £8 a month better offer. Amazing service in every way.

Mariam was most helpful and well informed. The transaction took 2 hours (!!) hence -1 star but that was due to system problems at your end, Mariam stayed with it and we got there in the end
