Dylans the best!

Dear Manager,

My name is sheila. I saw dylan today and i was going to change network but thanks to dylan he was fantastic and sold me the right deal for my needs. 10/10 for the team in the witney branch, dylan was patient and helpful i will definitely be returning, he has saved me over £50

An above and beyond excellent service…

An above and beyond excellent service from Jomir, Assistant Manager, when I upgraded. His attention to detail and service was faultless and more than I could have expected. He stayed over an hour beyond closing time to assist with the whole situation on NYE.
Having had an ongoing billing problem too Jomir and Naj and Elliot all helped try to resolve the issue in tandem with upgrade as I’d spent two hours on phone to customer service…sadly still not resolved by customer service! The store staff are to be applauded for their ongoing excellent service and approach. I have been in on several occasions and always gain this help. They are to be recognised for their skill, expertise and service. Thank you!
