Simple, Quick Contract Cancellation

I took out a data SIM last week which unfortunately didn't work out for me due to poor signal. I went to the Vodafone store to cancel within my 14 day cooling off period. The contract was cancelled in 5 minutes. The service at the Wimbledon store was polite, professional and fast. Great job Alex! Thank you.

Shannon was an absolute superstar

Shannon was an absolute superstar! I went in with my exhausted iPhone and upgraded to a new phone, which Shannon set up in under an hour. My new phone looks exactly the same, with all the apps in the same places and fully working. Genius! It’s definitely 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me ♥️

Wonderful support at Vodafone Wimbledon Broadway store

I visited the Vodafone shop in Wimbledon Broadway during my stay in London for help and received excellent guidance from Shannon, who was very patient and highly professional in attending to my roaming enquiries. Without her advice, I would have struggled with activating this service and managed my affairs. I would highly recommend their services. If you visit this shop, don't hesitate to ask for Shannon. She will welcome you with a smile, patience and practical advice.
