Alyssa was great in helping my upgrade

Alyssa was great in helping my upgrade contracts, she took her time and answered all my questions, she even upsold and found me a better overall broadband deal.

Unprofessional

Unprofessional, lack of staff, once I’d purchased the phone the store staff had no interest in resolving issues and basically told me to go to the Apple store in Manchester so they could fix it, store opened later than advertised and staff turning up obviously straight from the gym, lack of corporate management, the Wigan store experience was the ultimate failure in all aspects.

Tom was so very helpful setting my new…

Tom was so very helpful setting my new mobile phone up and explaining the plan I wanted,he is a great asset to Vodaphone.
If I had a company I would offer him a Manager's roll without a shadow of doubt.

Fantastic service!

Great service under difficult…

Great service under difficult conditions, the shop was extremely short of staff and difficult. Tom remained cool under pressure and I thank him for multitasking and sorting out my request for a new Vodaphone contract .
