I was unhappy to say the least about my experience of my phone not working, but I left with a new phone due to Jag being so amazing.

I had a nightmare with my apple iPhone…
I had a nightmare with my apple iPhone as it was not working. As my phone was with Vodafone I went straight to the store. Despite it being busy and I was not purchasing anything Chris was brilliant. Sat me down, reassured me and talked me through it. A clear USP and benefit of being with Vodafone. Thank you Chris- life saver!
