Great, Vodafone is starting to turn off their 3g signal. What chance do most people have as their 4&5g is garbage
May as well go back to 2 tin cans and a piece of string if you are stuck on this network. Worst decision I ever made to come to this 3rd world company.
Broadband is poor as well.
I appreciate I get unlimited data but the speed is dire, most of the time it takes 30 second's to load a news page.
Used to be on EE which was great and never had any issues, with Vodafone there is 4 dead spots on my way home from work along the A19 which sometimes causes me to reboot my phone to reconnect to 5hr network. to be honest it may also be partially due to the dire Pixel 6 phone as well. Either way I'm trying to get out of both contracts asap.

Store better than over the phone
I went into the Vodafone shop with a persisting issue that I wanted to complain about. The adviser was very understanding and helpful and helped me to raise a complaint. Voda over the phone has been frustrating but I couldn’t fault the store at all
