​Title: Absolutely terrible experience – They treat customers like a joke!
​"I am beyond frustrated with Vodafone. This company is a complete disaster and has no respect for its customers.
​Today, I finished all the necessary steps for my mobile service, and I was explicitly told to come to the St Helens store to collect it. I drove for 40 minutes to get here, only to be told that it is not ready. The level of incompetence and lack of communication is unbelievable.
​They seem to have no regard for anyone’s time or effort. This is just one example of the many issues I have faced with them. Their service is consistently unreliable, their customer support is unhelpful, and they simply do not care about the people who pay for their services.
​If you value your time and your money, stay far away from Vodafone. I am incredibly disappointed and will be looking for a better provider immediately. 0/5 stars."
