Very bad experience at St Austell…
Very bad experience at St Austell branch, bought the iPhone one day before and was faulty when I gone back to the store they said I have to call customer service for an exchange. After calling customer service they said store supposed to deal with it and exchange it. I am going round and round with bad customer service. I will go again tomorrow to cancel the order and get the refund.

Great Service
Great service from Ian. Not only did he resolve a problem with my phone but did me a great deal on an upgrade to my phone service.
