Farhan and Amz has been excellent and…

Farhan and Amz has been excellent and have helped me replace my SIM card and getting a new phone. I also got a new tablet as I wanted to watch football on it and am very glad they have sorted it. Amazing customer service skills and will be back again for future references

Change of phone plan

Great service, went above and beyond to help me setting up internet and ESIM. Highly recommended if you’re moving from abroad to visit Vodafone in St Albans.

Vodafone St Albans Farhan and Amz have…

Vodafone St Albans Farhan and Amz have been fanatastic - so patient with me in selling a new phone, and transferring the Data over. very patient and so professional both of them . I highly recommend them and this store. Last year i went to Vodafone Borehamwood they were very unhelpful and unknowledgeable but Vodafone St Albans were so fantastic and very knowledgeable. i highly recommend these guys.

I was served by a lovely lady called…

I was served by a lovely lady called Mutzy - I was on Pay as you go and spending £40 to £50 a month - Mutzy halved the cost I was paying. She was very patient and very helpful - I highly recommend her and the gentleman that works with her Amz I think his name was. Very patient and honest team. Thank you again.

I was in the St.Albans branch, looking to upgrade to a new iPhone and received polite and knowledgeable service from Muj. He found me a refurbished iPhone on a contract that suited me perfectly. He went above and beyond.He is a credit to the store
