Useless customer service
I have been a customer of vodafone for nearly 2 years. I was an employee working at the store and I was given an employee discount when I set up my contract. I have been trying to email and do everything I can since I’ve started the contract bearing in mind I have been in it now for awhile They have not allowed me to get the full discount that I’m supposed to be getting so I’ve been paying more money this whole time and they have not done anything about it and no matter how hard I try I’ve given them my employee number I’ve done everything I can And nothing has been done really not happy I have paid over £250 more than I should have.

Poor customer service
Excellent, so good and honest. The best experience I've had in mobile phone shop.
Update: I was told phone number would change over by 4pm Tuesday. Still not changed by this evening Wednesday. Phoned the customer service and was told the request had not been actioned. So they had to do this today so will not be able to use phone until Fri/ Sat. A full week after purchase so told customer advisor that I was paying under 2 contracts due to their error, told to take it up with the shop as it was my word and I cannot prove it as they have no record! 😡 So basically called a liar. Then thought maybe I should double check the package I've been sold. Went onto my vodaphone could not access, they asked for a password. Never had one so. Tried to set up a new account for it to stare I already had one. So clicked on forgot password. Came up that an email has been sent to my email but the email address doesn't exist or if it does, does not belong to me which is worrying that my data could be breached. So I phone again to be told they cannot amend my email address. I now have to go back to the shop on Saturday to sort it. Absolutely fuming!! 😡😡
