Exceptional service

Daniel and Nick were exceptional. I went into the store with several issues which were sorted in a professional and courteous manner. It is so heartening to experience such excellent service. Well done to both. Superb.

Great service from Dan

Dan helped us get a new phone on our account for a family member as well as checking our current sim deals to make sure that the prices were the best possible. He was helpful, kind and patient. Perfect.

Nice and efficient: Give Paul a raise

I went in around 5:00 and was assisted by Pual. He is nice and humorous. Took care of my concerns efficiently. Got what I wanted and I walked out around 5:30. He definitely deserve a raise. (Oxford Vodafone)

The WORST SERVICE I have ever received

The WORST SERVICE I have ever received! The staff were rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and curt.. I’ve been a Vodafone customer for years and have NO intention of remaining one.

I recently upgraded to a new phone and…

I recently upgraded to a new phone and had such a great experience. Catalin was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right device for my needs, and made sure all my data was transferred smoothly.

What really stood out was his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable using my new phone before leaving. It made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Big thanks to Catalin.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to upgrade their phone — excellent service and genuinely supportive staff!

Anjie!

After spending the entire day being passed from piller to post i sen to the oxford store ready to kick off!

However Anjie took one look at the phone, sugested switching to am esim, prosessed it and got the whole thing sorted in a couple of mins.

Cheery + helpful Paul (Oxford)

Paul was very helpful - my phone had completely died, so he clearly explained my options within my price range etc, and patiently helped me secure a new handset and transfer all data over. The fact that his system took nearly TWO HOURS to achieve this is beyond belief but his good humour helped the time fly. Thanks Paul, for making an awful day better.

Mr Tolis was extremely good person

Mr Tolis was extremely good person, who managed to get my telephone back to what it was at the beginning. I would definetely recommend Mr Tolis to anybody that have any problems with a Mobile. He was extremely patience with all our queries, answering them with good manners and excellent service.
