Listened to my needs and advised on the best solution. I went in to enquire about broadband service, and because they were so knowledgeable and helpful, I decided to ask about my mobile phone too. Result- new phone, new mobile and broadband contracts, all of which have saved me money! Really personable, and knowledgeable team in this particular store. Excellent Job
Matt was friendly, listened to what we wanted and explained the deal that we were bringing offered clearly without technical jargon.
He made sure we knew what would happen next and gave time scales to set our expectations.

Friendly service
I visited Vodafone Northwich to sort contracts for my 2 children. We were seen quickly and Kerry was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very positive experience and much easier than trying to do online or on a phone call.

Great service!
We popped into the Vodaphone shop in Northwich as I needed a new phone. Chelsea talked me through all my options and was more than helpful. I’m not very ‘techy’ but she carefully explained everything I needed to know. It made my choices so much easier.

Excellent customer service
I went in on Saturday to upgrade 2 of 3 of our family phones, Chris the manager was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel silly when l asked questions.
He advised us what we should do, l had to take 2 of our old phones back into store at a later date as exchange, he was great as l was having massive issues clearing my phone. He sorted it all out 👍

Great visit to store
Great visit to store. Went in with my broken phone, met a guy called Matt , he went through my account and helped me. He got me a brand new phone on a better deal. Cheaper bill with a new phone. Had a great nice chat about science and motorbikes , best customer service I've ever received. Huge credit to Vodafone. Will be back with my wife to upgrade her phone soon.
