Phone upgrade

Just upgraded my contract in store - Scott guided me through the process and talked me through all the different offers so I could get the best value for money. He was super helpful and informative! I’m looking forward to my new phone arriving :)

Amazing

Dan was amazing!
Very polite, helpful and helped with 2/3 devices and accounts in one hit as my mother is useless!
Highly recommend the Newport Isle of Wight shop but, especially Dan!!

Danny and Laura were great

Danny and Laura were great. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. Made the process of swapping from O2 simple, I could of stayed in there for hours chatting to them both. Definitely reward these two as they are clearly an asset to the branch.
