Genuinely wonderful
Went into your newport branch on the isle of wight today and was greeted very warmly by your staff member Charlie. He was absolutely brilliant at helping me find the best deals and offers that encompassed everything I need from my mobile device whilst prioritising what I really wanted, which was camera quality and storage for pictures of my children. I don't usually put reviews up but honestly Charlie was so lovely and it was wonderful to be able to talk to a person on a level that I could understand. He took time to explain what the technical jargon meant so I now have a much better understanding of my mobile usage and what is best suited to me. An absolute credit to you. Thank you.
