The salesman Taj in the Newark shop was so lovely annd very approachable , explained everything really well, and updated our monthly plan to save on our monthly direct debit . Excellent service

Peter and Leah both very helpful with transferring a sim from my dad to myself. Even helped him save money on existing plans.
Highly reccomend coming in and speaking to the team, very helpful and not pushy with offers.

Great service from Taj at the `Newark store
I had had a really disappointing interaction with my previous phone company I wanted to change provider. I walked into the `Newark store hoping to get a great deal. Taj was fab, he was immediately able to provide some options on both phones and sims. I left the store with a great deal, thanks!

I was given an amazing customer service and help in the store straight away by TAJ who has helped with my sim card which has not worked in 4 days
Worked straight away! Amazing work and great great customer service. Spoke to Taj about recent offers and have arranged to meet up next week to upgrade my phone and my sim!

Friendly and welcoming experience with Taj
The whole experience with Taj was very friendly. Went through all the questions that i had with patient despite some of them being quite straightforward and the whole experience felt more like couple of friends talking rather than a customer and an agent.

Absolutely AMAZING! Nothing better than face to face customer service, especially when your needs and requirements are listened to and you receive great advice and solutions. What made it even better was the friendly, happy and professional service provided by Leah. Newark Vodafone Shop Service Review
We went into the Newark Store to review our account covering 3 mobiles, Home Broadband and Landline. I knew it would take a while to do, but the staff were unfazed, amazingly helpful, extremely patient and very kind. We took each device step by step and after quite a few laughs along the way left having got everything sorted. The Staff at Newark are efficient and diligent and a real credit to Vodafone. Of all the Vodafone shops in our local area, Newark is by far the best. Nothing is too much trouble!

Contract due for renewal
Due to replace my phone so popped into local Vodafone shop and spoke to staff as to what would be best for me (been on the Vodafone network for a few years now and happy with it). Directed to a new Samsung phone, did all I needed it to, so bought that on a new contract. Very helpful and friendly team in store. Whole family (and home wifi) are on Vodafone
