Courtney saves the day.
I was well supported by Courtney with my concerns today. A mix up with upgrading my contract swiftly dealt with by Courtney whilst also looking into upgrade deals for my existing plans.
I would highly recommend doing all business in store with these real and knowledgeable people in future.

He was particularly helpful with making sure that I could hear what he was saying. His annunciation and volume was clear.
