The three members of staff,Archie,Paul and Tesh were very professional and friendly. Helped me such a lot as I am not at all tech savvy. Also helped set up my old phone ready for my Grandaughter.

Connor was very helpful.....
We Visited Vodafone Marlborough today, we dealt with Connor who helped us source new contract, he found the best deal which was considerably less than already paying, a positive outcome! Connor was patient, knowledgeable and is a credit to the organisation, we would highly recommend Connor and Vodaphone in Marlborough!

Edison at Marlborough High Street, Wiltshire Vodafone gave exceptional service today to a 90 year old with her daughter in the shop to acquire a phone update. He took great trouble to make sure that the new IPhone 16 was user ready and more importantly new user understood and was both charming and extremely patient with 2 elderly women. We could not praise him more highly for understanding the situation perfectly and managing the whole process beautifully. As said a quite exceptional level of customer care and service.

Poor Service to a new customer
Bought a phone on Saturday was told it would switch from O2 on Tuesday. got a mail from Vodafone at 1300 sawing switch had happened but phone dead. Went back to Marlborough store at 1700. After an hour of messing about store manager assured me it would be sorted at midnight. Gave me a £10 sim so I would not be without a phone as I had been asked to erase old one. £10 sim did not work! As of 0800 still no working phone. Empty promises and shocking customer service
Edited. Been asked by Vodafone to call them. How stupid! I DO NT HAVE A WORKING PHONE!!
