Genuine, Attentive, informational and most importantly, kind
I had some of the best service i've ever seen from Amanuel and another lovely lady whose name I didn’t catch. I was trying to sort out a new contract after separating from my partner, it was honestly a bit of a mess (Don't ask). But Amanuel was patient, kind, and helped me through the whole process. He made what could’ve been a really stressful experience feel easy. Really appreciate the help and the genuine customer service from everyone there.
