AJ (Joseph) was so friendly and helpful. We came in with at least 100 questions about adjusting our plan and he was patient, knowledge, and has a bright energy that made the experience enjoyable.

Jasdeep from baker st provided exceptional service today so much so that I would return.
He was incredibly kind and patient and was able to explain something that I initially thought would be very complicated.

I do not believe that Vodafone's…

I do not believe that Vodafone's percentages have changed so quick 5 Starr was around 3% now suddenly shows a big change to 31% after about a week and 1 Star was around 90% now jumped to 64%. This is not true when I keep seeing very bad reports all the time about Vodafone.

Jardeep helped with great customer service

Jardeep helped me today with my 2 upgrades, provided the best advice, sorted refunds and number transfer. I am very satisfied with great customer service and the fact that I got everything I need sorted in one go and in one place

The sales assistant was brilliant

The sales assistant was brilliant. Polite, courteous, listened to my needs and came up with a great deal. Not 5 stars due to slowness of the system, which is not the sales assistant’s fault.
