Vodafone miss the point
We bought a new iphone and wasted around 45 minutes online to a Vodafone agent trying to sort out an issue. Finally gave up as he could resolve it.
Visited the store in Leamington and Sammy sorted it out in 5 minutes! So overall a black mark against Vodafone generally but 5 stars for Sammy.
*******Vodafone unfortunately miss the point in their comments! My compliments were only for Sammy NOT Vodafone. They think it was a great review - unbelievable! They wasted my time with their agent who was incapable of solving my issue. I then spent another hour travelling to a store where Sammy sorted it. How can Vodafone possibly think the company had a great review. They were a shambles. *****&
