Drew at the Vodafone store in Kettering…
Drew at the Vodafone store in Kettering was an absolute God send. We were turned away from 02 on Bank Holiday Monday because “it was too close to closing time” and I desperately needed a new phone after water damage on my old one. I had been with 02 for 3 years so was shocked.
Drew welcomed us in straight away citing the longer opening hours and got to work immediately matching me with my needs. He explained everything thoroughly and was so friendly and funny. I live in Corby but came back to the Kettering office just to deal with Drew again to sort the PAC number change a few days later. It’s clear he knows his stuff - he is very fast, efficient and confident.
Thank you for everything and easing my mind. If all mobile sales agents were as good I’d upgrade more often instead of dreading the day!

Drew was absolutely amazing
Drew was absolutely amazing. Talked me through what I needed to know and advised me well.
Will certainly be returning to him in future for my upgrades as opposed to years of doing it over the phone.
