Broadband transfer - fab service
I popped back into the Hull store today to sort out transferring my Broadband. I was supported by Jack, who was fantastic, providing me with all the information I needed to transfer. Jack was polite, friendly and sorted it all out for me. Jack is a real asset to the store.

I went in to ask about what options i had to replace my current phone as I wasn't happy with it.
I spoke to Shane and he went through all my options. He explained it easily and clearly for me.
I came away with a new phone and very happy.
Shane was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.
I have been a vodaphone customer for some time and each time I have been into the store in St Stephens, Hull I have always received good service. But today Shane topped that for me. Thank you Shane.

Amazing service
Went into store stephens store today and talked to a really nice employee named Honya. Needed help about getting a new phone and she gave me really good information and advice on the phones I asked about. Also checked my broadband prices and the deals were really good, will be back again.

Excellent service
We entered the shop and often find it a very stressful experience buying and picking a new phone.
Dylan made this a really calming and easy experience, listening to what we would like and how much we wanted to pay. He offered us a great price even with roaming.
Dylan was polite, professional and made the process stress free.

Extremely helpful
The staff were extremely helpful installing an update on an existing phone and setting up and transferring all data to the newer phone. I would highly recommend if you experience problems as I did.
