The team at Vodafone Hereford are…

The team at Vodafone Hereford are always helpful, knowledgeable and good-spirited. The employee who helped me during my last visit did so with a clear explanation of my new broadband contract in a friendly and cheerful manner.

The only issue, if I can call it that, Is the system seemed a bit iffy when it came to inputting my details.

But all in all, happy with my experience and my new contract.

I popped in to Vodafone Hereford this…

I popped in to Vodafone Hereford this morning to possibly get an upgrade on my current phone/contract I saw Shalini who was very friendly helpful & knowledgeable about what were the best deals on offer for me I went
She gave me information regarding broadband packages on offer which I will pursuing in the near future 🤩🤩

Absolutely the best in store experience…

Absolutely the best in store experience I’ve ever had. Sam went through everything thoroughly with me at a pace that was just right. He was so helpful to his work colleagues in the store. He is such an asset to Vodafone.
His manner is just what is needed
