Went in currys to get new phone took…

Went in currys to get new phone took contract out with Vodafone in 1 hour changed mind contract got cancelled straight away no phone no sim it was in 14days cooling of period took £65 out of bank went back to retailer sent me to Vodafone shop got told only sell phone's don't deal with the problem I had gave me Vodafone number to phone I did took me 2 days get it sorted being on phone for a long time got told they are charging me for use of phone which I didn't have now they are taking money of my £65 for me using phone never had phone or sim but now got told I got to wait 24 day's to get rest of money back lesson of day's never deal with Vodafone again customer service is rubbish 🗑

Our sales assistant was fantastic

Our sales assistant was fantastic, Chloe was her name. The previous customer was a little irate about something but we witnessed Chloe handle the situation in a very professional manner.
She also saved us a couple of pounds per month.

Excellent customer service from Chloe

My old phones battery was going and I…

My old phones battery was going and I wanted a new battery but after looking found a new battery for the old phone would'nt be beneficial. Amy looked at a few phones for me and we settled on the Samsung A37 and a new tablet to go with the phone. Amy was lovely, we had a good chat and she exchanged my details from one phone to the other.

I came in to store to get the upgrade I wanted and was offered a good deal for a phone, cheaper calls and a new tablet to go with my phone. The lady Amy sorted it all out in store for me and even moved all my information over to my new phone for me too. Good service as usual.
