New sim and broadband
Came in to the store and Troy and Lewis greeted me with a smile and made visit to the store easy and painless Troy was very knowledgeable and swift finding us the right plan and Lewis is very new and easy to talk to

Upgrade
Upgraded my phone at Vodafone store in gt Yarmouth with jasmin. She was knowledgeable,professional,friendly and helpful. Everything was made easy,all explained well,including the package I would receive. Shop was clean and tidy,plenty of room for customers and to look round. I have been with Vodafone for years and would not change,they are competitive on pricing,have a good selection of phones. Highly recommended.

Went into store with issues with my new watch the young lady I saw jasmine was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful resolves my issue very quickly and offered me an upgrade while I was in store saving me going back in the future

Customer Service was great
Today me and my mum were served by Troy, he was very helpful and took his time explaining all the details to us. My mum has difficulty in understanding things like this so needs somebody who is patient and he was exactly that. She came away from the appointment satisfied with her new contract and felt listened to by Troy. All round it was a lovely interaction and we would come again if any problems were to happen.

So much better than I expected.
I received excellent service from the staff and Troy sorted a really good deal for my phone and call plan which I was very impressed with as you expect some service providers just to charge you as much as they possibly can would not hesitate to revisit the branch again if I ever need to revise my contract again.
