Ben made the process very straightforward. Easy swap from EE to Vodafone with a far better contract options for less than I was previously paying! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Ben.

Sonia was Brilliant

Sonia was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. She dealt efficiently with my problem and made great suggestions which will assist me in the future.
I was willing to buy a new phone but was assured by her that my present one met my needs very well.
It was most pleasant to be dealt with by someone who obviously wanted to help. A rare find these days.
