Customer service bad and have no knowledge _ cowboys.
Body language bad – who chew gum, throw customer things on table and not handing back with thanks while serving a customer? Mr. Waseem in Braehead Shop
Not the best place to go. Vodafone must act because it’s simply not in the favour of Vodafone. The must hire, who know about the products and have idea how to talk.
It has been a very torturing 4 hours because they had no clue how to solve issue and I am still with my mobile which is not working. I need to go back tomorrow to solve the issue, but I am upset.

Waseem has helped me so incredibly much today in store.
He has sat with me for a long time to find the best handset deal, understanding fully my situation and has given nothing but care and compassion after I had been hacked.
Lots of great advice and helped to get me a new email address set up supported fully with my hidden disabilities.
