Better than online chat team!
After a not so great experience with the online chat team. Taylor and Simon were able to get my problem fixed and helped to make sure it wouldn’t happen with my other phone too.
They saved my first impression of Vodafone!

Best shop to buy a phone
Best shop to buy a phone, not pressurised at all to buy and a very patient and easy to speak to girl called Georgia. She gave me plenty of time to make a decision as I was asking her lots of questions. I recommend to buy from here for the excellent customer service.
