A very good experience

I was see by a really lovely young man called Scott at the High Street branch of Vodafone.
I cannot express my gratitude for all the help and advice given to me.
He was so professional and knowledgable.
My visit took a long time, but when the shop was busy, he politely excused himself to help guide new customers to where they needed to go.
He is a real asset to Vodafone, I hope they appreciate him

What an amazing service received at the…

What an amazing service received at the store today. I’ve visited here over 4 days with certain issues that was my fault not Vodafone & they have been amazing. No amount of time it took was any trouble at all. Helpful, knowledgeable & so patient
