Mike the store manager was exemplary
Mike the store manager was exemplary. I was impressed with his knowledge and his ability to find a solution which suited my needs. Very professional, friendly and efficient. A credit to Vodafone’s business. I wish more customer facing employees demonstrated some of these skills.
