Great team, excellent service

A big thank you to the guys that helped me with my new contract yesterday for the Google pixel 8 Pro.
The staff members were very knowledgeable and gave me a great breakdown of the plan.
They made sure I got a phone that suited my needs with a decent sized screen (for my bad eyes!).
Very friendly as well and made the experience super pleasant.
Thank you again, top notch and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great in-store service from Mario

Had a professional & friendly service from Mario at the Dunstable store, to discuss & sort out the renewal of two plans we've had from Vodafone. He provided me with the most appropriate contracts and at satisfactory prices, as we are loyal Vodafone customers. Very pleased with his efforts.

Great customer service thank you Mario

The customer service was excellent, in particular Mario who walked me through all the plans Vodafone could offer, he was patient when I explained what I wanted and gave me thoughtful suggestions for what would suit me best. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great people

Ive been browsing around different mobile networks for the last few weeks and i must say out of all the shops I’ve been in this is where I’ve found the most welcoming and delightful.

Brilliant and helpful

Brilliant and helpful. I came to the shop not having a clue what to do with my phone to make it stop being spam called. The lads inside the shop were swift and polite. I left the shop a happy man.
