I had a fantastic experience in store…

I had a fantastic experience in store and couldn’t ask for better customer service. The staff were all extremely helpful and made me welcome in store, assisting me and helping me get the best deal and package originally and then helping me set up etc. Would highly recommend.

Listen to the reviews!

Constant poor service since installation 10 months ago. Promised visit of an engineer twice and never came. Numerous phone calls to customer complaints and they are no help. Wouldn’t even let me terminate my contract without trying to charge me which I refused to pay. Sent a huge complaint and have gone to trading standards. Avoid at all costs. Company is a joke and their customer service is the punchline.

Top staff

Staff were excellent. Provided me with all the information I required. Also set up new broadband, dongle and fixed my phone with ease.

The shop was very busy but they get through everyone quickly and efficiently.

Really helpful staff especially Sol

Really helpful staff especially Sol, upgraded my phone and also helped me trade in and transfer. Also witnessed them helping loads of other customers they provide a vital service especially to the elderly population who need technical support.

Dumfries Vodafone are the best

Sol and his team have been supporting our business for nearly 10 years now. We have grown from 2 to 15 employees and the guys have been with us every step of the way.
They are so efficient and knowledgeable that every query is sorted without fuss or drama.
Lovely people too.
