Had an amazing experience today in store the lady I didn’t catch her name was so lovely she had been working there for 12/13 years. She was so professional friendly and really explained things well. Amazing customer service experience for me. She really went above and beyond. Vodafone is lucky to have her as part of there team. They were all so welcoming rather than three aswell as changing my phone contract I will be changing my broadband because of her excellent customer service. ❤️

I would like to thank Caitlin in the Cwmbran store who reorganised several accounts for me renewing contracts which other Vodafone employees appeared unable to do due to system issues. Caitlin was polite, cheerful, pleasant & very professional & an absolute credit to the Vodafone organisation. Caitlin should be mentored for a management position.

Megan who served me was very helpful and polite/professional and helped me get the phone and deal that I was very happy with. Will definitely look for Megan when I'm next due for upgrade or advice and help.

Michaela has great customer service…

Michaela has great customer service skills and she also help to make my bill better we I was paying £23 for just sim contract and then we got a offer of a sim and a phone for £33

Had an issue with my contract

Had an issue with my contract, had spoken to one of the advisors named Markuss, he was very professional about the issue that I was having and explained that he would be able to help get this resolved .

Issue was resolved quickly and I left to go do my Christmas shopping.
