Popped into the store with my wife

Popped into the store with my wife, we needed 2 phones set up after having them delivered. Mikey and co were very helpful, did take a while but was worth it.

Soheila helped me alot

Soheila helped me alot, even tho I had to come in 3 time due to my fault not bringing my information and cards to proceed with the renewal, she remained professional at all times and helped me to her best abilities and provided the best customer service I've received in a long time.

Got a new contract instore

I went in to get some new charging leads, and while I was there, sales person Azad reviewed my current contract and got me a better deal for the next 27 months, including extra data.

25 minutes well spent in store today

25 minutes well spent in store today. Azad helped me renew both my mobile and broadband contracts. Explained it all very well and saved me a good few pounds per month for the next contracts. Great to be able to do it in person as well and not over the phone or online.
